Toy Bastard is the brainchild of Ethan Ives, lead guitarist of the Seattle-based indie rock band Car Seat Headrest. TB’s rotating cast of collaborators blend the psychedelic fantasies of 70s album rock with the razor-edged turbosludge of modern alternative, soaking you in a fuzzy bath of Philip K. Dick-esque paranoia and reckless exuberance.
